Vernon E. Grant, a native son of Cambridge, MA, was a well-recognized cartoonist whose books of Vietnam War cartoons were recently republished by his wife, Betsy Grant. To celebrate his work there will be a reception followed by a program to present proclamations for July 28th being Vernon E. Grant Day in Cambridge, MA as well as in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
