In May 2013, the City of Cambridge established a Transit Advisory Committee to advance an agenda for a robust public transportation system for those who live and/or work in Cambridge. The committee will guide Cambridge city positions and policies regarding long term sustainable funding for transit by the Commonwealth, transit expansion, service planning for modification or expansion of bus routes, and service reliability and improvements including ways to better design our street network to prioritize bus transit.

Looking for feedback on a poem that you’re working on for either publication or just for personal satisfaction? The Open Poetry Workshop is open to all members of the Cambridge community, and all styles of poetry will be treated with respect and attention. Please e-mail a draft of the poem you would like to workshop to nohrnberg@gmail.com at least 24 hours before the session you wish to attend. The first ten respondents will receive an e-mail inviting them to attend the session, to which they will be asked to bring a total of ten copies of the draft of the poem that they are working on
