Although current permits do not expire until January 31, 2013, residents are urged to renew early by mail to avoid delays. Residents must renew by mail or in person to provide proof of residency, unless they have lived in the city for three or more years and qualify for online renewal.

On Monday, Dec. 31, City offices will close at 5 p.m. and will be closed on Tuesday, Jan. 1, 2013. There will be no trash/recycling collection Tuesday, Jan. 1. City offices will stay open until 8 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 3 to make up for the early closing Monday, Dec. 31. Trash and recycling pick-up will be one day behind schedule this week due to the holiday.
