Leonard J. Russell Scholarship Applications Available
Harvard University Extension School provides three scholarships per term in memory of the late Mayor Leonard J. Russell. City employees enrolling in courses that are part of the Graduate Program in Management curriculum are eligible to apply for the scholarship. In order to register in these graduate level courses, you must have a bachelor's degree, but you do not need to be admitted into the Management program to be enrolled in program courses.
Scholarship applications and registration forms for the 2010 spring semester can be obtained from the Personnel Department, City Hall, Room 309, or directly from the Harvard University Extension School website at http://www.extension.harvard.edu/2009-10/forms/ .
The 2010 spring semester scholarship application deadline is Friday, January 15 at 5pm. Classes begin the week of January 25, 2010.
Scholarship applications should be submitted along with a registration form, to the Student Financial Services Office, Harvard University Extension School, 51 Brattle Street, Cambridge MA 02138 , Fax # (617) 495-2921. The current course catalog is available for review on the Harvard Extension School's website at http://www.extension.harvard.edu/2009-10/courses/
