Document Shred Day July 31
7/15/2010
Hoping to help alleviate the concern over identity theft and other personal security issues among local residents, the Cambridge Consumers’ Council is pleased to offer FREE PUBLIC SHREDDING on Saturday, July 31 from 9 a.m - 1 p.m., at the Central Square Post Office, 770 Massachusetts Avenue.
The free event – held rain or shine – will provide an opportunity for the public to securely dispose of personal and confidential paper documents (limit one trash bag or large box per household). Documents will be destroyed on the spot in a highly advanced technical mobile shredding truck courtesy of Data Shredder of Cambridge.
