Although current permits do not expire until January 31, 2013, residents are encouraged to renew early by mail to avoid delays.  Residents must renew by mail or in person to provide proof of residency, unless they have lived in the city for three or more years and qualify for online renewal.

The City is again offering the opportunity for residents to make a voluntary contribution. Proceeds will be allocated to the City’s climate change initiatives.
