Traffic Unit
The Traffic Enforcement Unit is part of the Uniformed Patrol Division. It is comprised of one Lieutenant, two Sergeants, twelve Motorcycle Officers, three Accident Investigators, two Street Cleaning Officers and a Safety Officer. The Unit also oversees forty-eight Crossing Supervisors. The unit operates fourteen motorcycles, four specialized traffic cars, and two speed monitoring trailers.
