On 2/17/13, at approximately 2:16am, Brian Gourley, 38, of 380 Y Northgate Drive in Apollo, PA was placed under arrest for Disorderly Conduct after he was observed yelling and attempting to physically assault another individual while standing in the roadway on Massachusetts Avenue. Gourley's behavior began to draw the attention of several bystanders and forced several vehicles to take evasive action to prevent a collision with him. His behavior eventually caused eastbound vehicular traffic to stop completely on Massachusetts Avenue.
