A Lakeview Avenue resident reports an unknown person entered her unlocked vehicle while it was parked on Lakeview Avenue between 5/20/14 at 8:15 p.m. and 7 a.m. on 5/21/14. Missing from the vehicle is a store debit card with no balance.

LEXINGTON AVE
A Lexington Avenue resident reports an unknown person entered her vehicle through an open sunroof , unlocked the vehicle and stole two bags of baby clothes/shoes along with two pairs of prescription sunglasses. The baby bags were discovered by a neighbor and returned to the owner. This incident occurred between 7 p.m. on 5/20/14 and 7:30 a.m. 5/21/14 while the vehicle was parked on Lexington Ave.

Miriam Rodriguez, 28, 68 Gordon Terrace, Belmont, MA, was arrested on warrants from Everett PD. Rodriguez was located in the Harvard Square Pit area near Dunster Street and Mass Ave. Rodriguez was booked at CPD station and transported to Everett PD for charges stemming from a bank robbery in Everett on 05/20/2014.

A Sixth Street resident arrived at the police station to file a Larceny (over) by a single scheme. The victim reports that she was scammed by unknown person (s) that called her cell phone impersonating an IRS agent. Victim purchased several power reloaded pack cards valued at $3,500 and submitted the codes before realizing that this was a scam.

Ryan Shamim, 27, 250 Kendall Street, Cambridge, was placed under arrest for domestic A&B, trespassing, threats to commit a crime, and intimidation of a witness. Shamim was transported to the Cambridge Police Department where he was booked and processed in the usual manner.
