The library is pleased to offer a number of meeting rooms available to Cambridge-based not-for-profit community groups. The meeting rooms available are:
Beech Room: Capacity 16
Rindge Room: Capacity 12
Community Room: Capacity 100
Lecture Hall: Capacity 220
All meeting rooms are subject to availability with the understanding that library sponsored programs have priority. All interested parties must complete a meeting room application and submit it to the Administration Office at the Main Library. Phone calls for reservations or to check on available dates cannot be accepted. Meeting room requests can be accepted up to 2 months in advance.
