A Message from the Traffic, Parking and Transportation Department

Third Annual Resident Parking Permit Photo Contest

The City of Cambridge Department of Traffic, Parking & Transportation is accepting digital photographs of city buildings and historic Cambridge landmarks for the 2006 Residential Parking Permit Photo Contest.

Last year’s contest winner was Cambridge resident David Maloney, whose picture of the Weeks Bridge appears on the current 2005 residential parking permit.

Photo entries may be e-mailed in jpeg format to: rppcontest@cambridgema.gov

This deadline to submit photos is July 31, 2005.

The contest winner’s picture will be displayed on the 2006 residential parking permit.

Last year, the city received a variety of wonderful Cambridge images that were subsequently used in the department’s resident brochure and/or on the city’s Web site.
