George Fosque is the Emergency Communications and 911 Director. He oversees this specialized city department that not only operates the Cambridge Emergency Communications Center but provides oversight and technical support of various city communication and public safety communications functions including radio systems, public safety computers, city cell phones, and EOC technical support.
Paula M. Snow is the Chief of Emergency Operations and oversees the day-to-day functioning of the Emergency Communications Center. She manages 6 Communications Supervisors and a staff of approximately 28 dispatchers and dispatcher trainees.
Ken Pitts is the Public Safety Computer Systems Manager and coordinates public safety networking and computer system operations in the EC, Police, and Fire Departments. Public safety operates dozens of specialized computers on a dedicated and secure network that support Computer Aided Dispatching (CAD), mobile data, Police and Fire Records Management, office automation, E-mail, building access control, and much more.
Leslie Carroll is the Training and Administrative Supervisor. She joined the ECD staff in June of 2007 and has responsibility for training, Emergency Dispatch and other call review, and special projects.
Frederick Oluokun is the EC Information Systems Specialist. Frederick joined the ECD in January of 2012 and is responsible for the provisioning of systems support and development, instruction and, training to users; He is also responsible for analyzing problems and issues related to information systems within the department.
Patricia (Patty) Macher is the EC Administrative Assistant. She handles administrative support tasks such as payroll and purchasing.
