Personal Property


Residential Exemption


The City of Cambridge FY2007 real and personal property tax bills will be mailed on October 20, 2006. The first half portion is due and payable on November 20, 2006. The second half portion will be due and payable on May 14, 2007.

Application for Abatements and Exemptions

Overvaluation abatement applications are due November 20, 2006. Click here to learn more about the overvaluation abatement and to download an abatement application form.

Applications for the residential exemption and other statutory exemptions are due no later than January 20, 2007. Click here for more information about the residential and other statutory exemptions and to download a residential exemption application form.

Recently, there have been changes to the local statutory tax exemptions for veterans.
