The City of Cambridge FY2012 real and personal property tax bills will be mailed on October 21, 2011. The first half portion is due and payable on November 21 , 2011. The second half portion most likely will be due and payable on May 2, 2012.
Applications for the residential exemption and other statutory exemptions are due no later than January 20, 2012. More information about the residential and other statutory exemptions and to download a residential exemption application form.
