CAMBRIDGE HISTORICAL COMMISSION
Notice is hereby given that a public meeting will be held on Thursday, October 5, 2023, at 6:00 PM to consider the following matters under M.G.L. Ch. 40C and Ch. 2.78 of the Code of the City of Cambridge:

Public Hearings: Alterations to Designated Properties
Case 4632 (amendment): 57 JFK St., by Crimson Galeria LP. Alter entrance at JFK Street.
Case 5019: 194 Brattle St. by French Embassy to the USA. Repair and replace windows and make other exterior repairs.
Case 5020: Washburn Common, 16 Philips Pl., by Lesley University. Install new fence and gates at the rear of Washburn Common to screen loading dock and service area.
Public Hearings: Landmark Designation Proceedings
Cases L-146: 231 and 235 Third St., by petition of registered voters. 231 Third St. LLC and 235 Third St. LLC, owners, c/o DND Homes LLC. Consider the petition requesting initiation of a landmark designation study.
Case L-144: 10 Buckingham St., 4 and 6 Buckingham Pl., Buckingham, Browne & Nichols, owner. Consider landmark study report and make recommendations to City Council.

Cases may be taken out of order and approved at the beginning of the meeting. Persons who wish to have a hearing on a case should notify the Commission in advance or be present at the beginning of the meeting when the Consent Agenda will be discussed.
