Special Permit:  To install six (6) antennas, two (2) antennas will be façade mounted flush to the existing rooftop penthouse and painted to match the building color.  The remaining four (4) antennas will be ballast mounted to the roof and enclosed within 10ft. faux chimneys.  Fifteen (15) radio-heads units will be ballast mounted to the cable tray on the rooftop.  An equipment area will be constructed within the basement and will be fitted with acoustical insulation.  Cabling and associated trays and conduits will be placed on the rooftop, along with GPS antennas which will be mounted on the cable tray.
