The Board of Zoning Appeal will hold their continued cases meeting Thursday, MARCH 28, 2013, at the Senior Center, 806 Massachusetts Ave., First Floor, Cambridge, MA.  The following cases will be heard:

Variance:  To construct a rooftop addition containing two dwelling units on existing two story commercial building.

Special Permit: To construct conforming third floor addition on non-conforming structure that is greater than 10% by less than 25% of the existing GFA of the building.

Special Permit: To install six (6) antennas, two (2) antennas will be façade mounted flush to the existing rooftop penthouse and painted to match the building color.  The remaining four (4) antennas will be ballast mounted to the roof and enclosed within 10 ft. faux chimneys.  Fifteen (15) radio-head units will be ballast mounted to the cable tray on the rooftop.  An equipment area will be constructed within the basement and will be fitted with acoustical insulation.  Cabling and associated trays and conduits will be placed on the rooftop, along with GPS antennas which will be mounted on the cable tray.

Variance:  To renovate their original building, and remove and replace later additions with new 2 classroom addition.
