Variance:  To construct an addition within rear yard setback, addition less than 10’ from accessory building.

Variance: To remove existing stand alone workshop and construct an attached two story addition to the existing home.  This will serve as the kitchen on the lower level and the master bedroom suite on the upper floor.  There will also be new dormers and an additional bay proposed along with interior and exterior renovations.  Construction will be wood frame and designed to match the existing residence.
