Snow Emergency Parking Bans: When the city declares a snow emergency, parking is prohibited on major streets and on one side of smaller streets as indicated by signs. Cars will be towed to allow plows to clear the snow. Snow Removal Ordinance: Property owners are required to remove snow and/or ice from all sidewalks next to their home or business within a limited number of hours once snow stops falling.
