Middle-Income Rental Unit

The Cambridge Community Development Department’s Housing Division is accepting applications for its Middle-Income Rental Program.  This rental program is designed for households earning between 80% and 120% of Area Median Income (AMI).

Units through this program are available for income and asset-eligible households. Below are the income-eligibility guidelines:
