Loomis St

The Community Development Department's housing division is currently accepting applications from eligible first-time homebuyers for a homeownership lottery. The unit is an affordable 3-bedroom condominium located at 61 Loomis Street. Interested applicants must complete and submit an application no later than Tuesday, May 15, 2018. Preference will be given to Cambridge residents and families with children.

CDD's housing staff will hold two information sessions on Tuesday, May 1st to discuss eligibility requirements and explain the application process:

Date: Tuesday, May 1st

Location: Citywide Senior Center Ballroom, 806 Massachusetts Ave.

Session 1: 6:00 -- 6:45 p.m.

Session 2: 6:45 -- 7:30 p.m.

No advance registration is necessary, and interested applicants are not required to attend in order to apply to the homeownership lottery.
