Cambridge Youth Programs/Dept. of Human Service Programs
Adult Yoga Classes. Free for Cambridge Residents!
Russell Youth & Community Center, 680 Huron Ave.

Beginner Class on Friday Nights, 6-7 p.m.
Meets every 2 weeks on: Jan. 20, Feb. 3, 17, Mar.3, 17, & 31

Intermediate Class
on Thursday Nights, 6-7 p.m. for 9 weeks
Meets weekly on: Jan.26, Feb. 2, 9 &16, Mar. 2, 9, 16, 23, & 30

Classes are slower moving vinyasa style (linking breath and movement) with a focus on alignment. Beginners are welcome! We have a limited amount of yoga props available. Please bring a small towel, water and mat (if you have one).
