Providing excellent public information and customer relations is a key focus of the Administration Division’s work, whether it is with residents, businesses, vendors, job applicants, or the Public Works' staff. The Division manages the Public Works' telephone switchboard, website, service requests, work order systems, e-mail distribution lists, publications, and other notices.
Public Works' Community Relations Manager distributes information and provides assistance related to public construction to local residents and businesses.
