Curbside Collections
Public Works provides curbside collection of recycling, yard waste and trash all with very specific preparation requirements, schedules, and rules and regulations. Curbside collection is always one day behind schedule following a holiday. Public Works makes every effort to pick up missed collections by the end of the next day, when reported on the day it was missed. If your curbside collection was missed, please use the form provided, call 617.349.4800, or use Cambridge iReport.
By using Cambridge iReport, your request is automatically assigned to the responsible department, and you are given a tracking number and contact information in order to be able to follow up on your request if needed. Reporting an issue takes only a minute and helps make our city a better place to live, work and visit!
