Paper & Cardboard
With single stream recycling you can place clean bottles, cans, paper and cardboard together in your recycling bin. No plastic bags or Styrofoam. All cardboard accepted, flatten or nest boxes when possible. No need to remove staples, paper clips, spirals, plastic windows on envelopes or even the plastic spout on milk cartons!
What to recycle
- Books (rip off hard covers)
- Cardboard Boxes
- Coffee Cups (empty, no Styrofoam)
- Frozen Food Boxes (if it rips)
- Newspapers with Inserts
- Magazines & Catalogs
- Milk Cartons & Juice Boxes (aseptic containers, OK)
- Paper Bags
- Paperboard (cereal & tissue boxes, paper towel rolls)
- Phone Books & Junk Mail (remove free samples)
- Pizza Boxes (empty, no food but oil stains OK)
- Shredded Paper (in a clear plastic or paper bag)
- White & Colored Paper (staples, paper clips spirals OK
- Wrapping Paper
