The Street and Sidewalk Maintenance Division maintains and repairs all public sidewalks, streets, and curbs.  Residents are encouraged to report defects or concerns by calling the defect reporting hotline at 617.349.4854 or email theworks@cambridgema.gov  Please provide the address and as much detail as possible.
