Paul Lyle on Frazier Building roof with PV panels

In 2015 the City set a goal of generating 5% of the electricity it uses from onsite renewable systems by 2020. With seven solar photovoltaic (PV) systems in operation and five in construction or design the City is on target to exceed the goal by 2019, one year ahead of schedule. Several additional arrays are under consideration, as the City looks beyond 2020 toward Net Zero Action Plan targets.
