Welcome  to the Resident Parking Permit Online Pilot Program. 

If you have already submitted an application by mail or received your 2008 Resident Parking Permit, please do not use this site. 

To qualify:

• Resident must have lived at their current address for the past 3 years or longer.
• Resident received a resident parking permit for the current address for the past 3 years or longer.
• The applicant does not have outstanding parking tickets.

Please Note:  During renewal season (Nov - Jan) it may take 3 weeks to receive your permit.

If you have paid tickets in the past 14 days, it is possible that you may not currently qualify.  Please try again in a few days as the list will be updated.

Applicants who are 65 years of age or older will not be prompted for payment.

Applicants who possess an HP placard will not be prompted for payment.

All other qualified applicants will be charged $8.00 payable on line by Visa or MasterCard. 

The initial applicant for a residence will receive the one and only visitor permit along with the resident parking permit.  All other applicants from the same residence will only receive a resident parking permit.
