Map of Open Service Requests for Potholes

DPW crews work year round to address potholes in the City, but repair operations face a few additional challenges during the cold weather season. For example, pothole patching cannot be done during snow storms or when there is a significant amount of ice on the roads; however, once snow and ice have been cleared, pothole crews are redeployed. Additionally, potholes are filled with a temporary cold patch during the winter months; permanent asphalt patches replace the temporary patches once spring weather arrives.

The map below displays a point for every pothole report received from SeeClickFix. Please note there may be a time delay between when crews respond to a report and when the request is marked as completed.
