• 7:30 p.m. PB#242, 49 Cedar Street: Special Permit to construct 2 residential units in the Residence B district, Section 5.53 and to renovate the existing single family residence. 49 Cedar Street, LLC, applicant.
• 8:15. p.m. PB#38: Major Amendment #4 to allow ground floor office use in place of the retail requirement, a portion for 20 years and a portion with no time limit and to remove the special permit requirement for the regulation of window treatments. This is the first of two public hearings required in the PUD, Section 12.37. EOP-One Canal Park, LLC, applicant.
