Public Hearings
- 7:30 p.m. PB#242, 49 Cedar Street: Special Permit to construct 2 residential units in the Residence B district, Section 5.53 and to renovate the existing single family residence. 49 Cedar Street, LLC, applicant.
- 8:15. p.m. PB#38: Major Amendment #4 to allow ground floor office use in place of the retail requirement, a portion for 20 years and a portion with no time limit and to remove the special permit requirement for the regulation of window treatments. This is the first of two public hearings required in the PUD, Section 12.37. EOP-One Canal Park, LLC, applicant.
General Business
- PB#175: Major Amendment to permit a reduction in the number of required parking spaces for the housing and office/research and development uses at One Leighton Street, Section 6.35.1 as authorized in Section 10.45. Archstone-Smith Operating Trust, applicant. Request for extension of time for the second hearing.
- PB#141: Cambridge Research Park, 575 West Kendall Street, to allow a daycare use (Section 4.33 b 2, in the approved PUD and to allow it in a space designated in the PUD as ground floor retail, per section 13.42.5.
