It's halloween - bike style! City employees can participate and it's SO EASY. Decorate that bicycle, ride it into work and send a pic to Jen Lawrence to be entered into our photo contest. All photos will be placed on the CDD Facebook page and whoever gets the most votes will win a transportation prize!
