Speakers from the Envision Cambridge consultant team will include:

Tim Love, Utile: The founding principal of Utile, Tim is highly regarded for his strategic and collaborative approach to complicated urban projects – including helping to bring together diverse public agencies and stakeholders around a single shared vision. Tim is also a tenured Associate Professor at the Northeastern University School of Architecture where he teaches housing, urban design and architectural theory. 

Dan D'Oca, Interboro Partners: A graduate of Harvard’s Graduate School of Design and founding partner and principal of Interboro, Dan is a Design Critic in Urban Planning and Design at Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design, where he is presently leading an initiative that pairs students with community-based organizations working to adapt Long Island’s communities to present environmental and demographic realities.

Ariella Maron, Buro Happold: Before joining Buro Happold, Ariella was the Deputy Commissioner for energy management at the NYC Department of Citywide Administrative Services. She was also deputy director of the NYC Mayor’s Office of Long-Term Planning and Sustainability, the office responsible for the implementation of PlaNYC, the city’s long-term sustainability plan, and a member of the core team that developed PlaNYC, focusing on air and water quality, energy, and climate change. 

Lisa Jacobson, Nelson\Nygaard: Lisa's work focuses on multimodal transportation planning for public, private, and non-profit sectors. Before joining Nelson\Nygaard, Lisa was a fellow with the National Complete Streets Coalition, where she worked on federal, state, and local policies to encourage street design to incorporate all users, regardless of age and ability. Lisa’s work at the Coalition was recently published in an AARP report, “Planning Complete Streets for an Aging America." 

Kevin Hively, Ninigret Partners: Kevin brings 18 years of experience working with corporations, governments and nonprofits on key strategic and economic issues. His recent work includes a market analysis and design proposal for new housing construction in Hartford, a mixed-use neighborhood redevelopment plan in Springfield, and the ongoing Marine Industrial Park master plan update for the Boston Redevelopment Authority. Before working as an economic development consultant, Mr. Hively was Director of Policy for the State of Rhode Island.
