First-Time Homebuyer Lottery Opportunity: Point 262 Condominiums

The Housing Division of the City’s Community Development Department is offering one (1) affordable one-bedroom condominium and five (5) affordable two-bedroom condominiums for purchase through a lottery process at the Point 262 Condominiums, located at 262 Monsignor O’Brien Highway. Interested applicants must complete and submit an application no later than Monday, July 16, 2018 at 7:30 p.m. Preference will be given to Cambridge residents and families with children.

No advance registration is necessary, and interested applicants are not required to attend in order to apply to the homeownership lottery.
