Notice is hereby given that a public meeting will be held on Thursday, October 7, 2021, at 6:00 PM to consider the following matters under M.G.L. Ch. 40C and Ch. 2.78 of the Code of the City of Cambridge:

This meeting will be held online with remote participation. The public may participate via the Zoom webinar platform (https://zoom.us/) from a phone, tablet, or computer. Public Hearing: Demolition Review

D-1594: 197 Vassal Ln. (Tobin School), by City of Cambridge. Demolish the existing Tobin School building (1970).

Public Hearings: Alterations to Designated Properties

Case 4669: 711-727 Massachusetts Ave, by Gas Light Building LLC, owner. Renovate existing building and construct an addition at rear and above the existing building.

Case 4670: 1350 Massachusetts Ave., by President & Fellows of Harvard College. Install two tenant wayfinding signs at Smith Campus Center.

Case 4671: 110-120 Brookline St., by Ledgemoor, LLC. Install awning on roof deck.

Case 4672: 157 Brattle St., by James J. Quagliaroli. Remove pool, reconstruct patio and construct sport court in rear yard. Add gate to fence opening on Brattle St. and adjust fence near driveway on Appleton St.

Public Hearing: Landmark Designation Proceedings

Case L-139: “Live Poultry Fresh Killed” sign (former sign of the Mayflower Poultry shop at 621 Cambridge St.). Consider petition of registered voters to initiate a landmark study for the sign.

Public Hearing: Appeal of Mid Cambridge Neighborhood Conservation District (NCD) Commission Decision

Case MC-6112: 12 Fayette St. 12 Fayette Street Ventures LLC, owner. Consider appeal petition filed by ten or more registered voters.
