Variance The petitioner proposes to replace the existing wood-frame structure with a new structure on the same footprint but with a new foundation which will allow us to lower the structure and minimize changes to shadows.  The new structure will have the same non-compliance to yard setbacks as the current structure except for the addition of a small mudroom/entry which will also add non-compliant FAR.
