Notice is hereby given that a public meeting will be held on Tuesday, July 5, 2022, at 6:00 PM to consider the following matters under M.G.L. Ch. 40C and Ch. 2.78 of the Code of the City of Cambridge:

Case MC-6505: 352-354 Broadway, by Broadway-Inman Condo Association. Remove two chimneys.

Case MC-6506: 6 Cleveland Street, by Daniel Salomon. Install solar roof panels.

Case MC-6484: 11 Centre Street, by Ann Roseberry & Beth Warren. Install fiber cement siding and pvc trim.

Case MC-6504: 116 Inman Street, by James Creighton. Install fiber cement siding and pvc trim. WITHDRAWN

Case MC-6485: 19 Ellsworth Avenue, by Aram Harrow & Shefali Oza. Construct dormer, remove chimney, alter fenestration.

Case MC-6447 (Continued): 123 Hancock Street, by MSW Hancock LLC. Remove rear and side additions and extend existing dormer. Construct 1 new detached dwelling unit.

Public hearing of the Mid Cambridge Neighborhood Conservation District Commission to review applications to alter designated properties and other matters under the provisions of M.G.L. Ch. 40C and Ch. 2.78 of the Code of the City of Cambridge. The Commission meets monthly, usually on the first Monday of the month.
