Description

Presented by Jessica Smyser.  Free to Cambridge residents and business owners. $10 for non-Cambridge participants.

This workshop will explore ways to engage and support meaningful dialogue between and within staff during challenging times. we will explore interpersonal communications strategies, skillful dialogue methods and empathetic listening techniques that support deep listening, equity and empathy. Practical examples will be given on how to help staff work through pandemic-related challenges.
