Notice is hereby given that a public meeting will be held on Thursday, March 4, 2021, at 6:00PM to consider the following matters under M.G.L. Ch. 40C and Ch. 2.78 of the Code of the City of Cambridge:

PLEASE NOTE: Due to statewide emergency actions limiting the size of public gatherings in response to COVID-19, this meeting will be held online with remote participation and will be closed to in-person attendance. 1.       Public Hearing: Landmark Designation Proceedings

Case L-135: Lechmere Canal Park. Consider a petition of registered voters requesting initiation of a landmark study.

2.       Public Hearings: Alterations to Designated Properties

Case 4485: 158 Thorndike St., by Samuel Murphy. Raise the roof, alter the windows and doors, construct a rear addition.

Case 4486: 152 Charles St., by 152 Charles LLC. Renovate the existing house. Demolish the garages and construct a new dwelling unit.

Case 4487: 33 Gore St., by 33 Gore LLC. Raise the roof and construct a 1.5-story addition. Enlarge the ell. Written request to continue hearing received from owner.

3.       Public Hearing: Demolition Review

Case D-1563 (continued): 25 Jackson St., by 25 Jackson Street LLC c/o DND Homes LLC. Demolish house (1874); review revised replacement proposal.

4.       Preservation Grants

PG 21-5: 430 Windsor St., by 424 & 430 Windsor St. Condominium Trust. $28,000 for foundation repair.

IPG 21-6: 99 Prospect Street, by Christ the King Presbyterian Church. $50,000 for masonry restoration and roof repairs
