Public Health Emergency: The Opioid Crisis – What Does this Mean for Myself and My Community?

Have you heard about the opioid epidemic? Do you want to learn more about what this means and the latest prevention efforts in Cambridge? Join us for a presentation on the latest news about the opioid crisis and a discussion on what this means for keeping ourselves, our loved ones, and our community healthy and safe. Presentation by Tali Schiller of the Cambridge Health Department and Libby Shrobe of the Institute for Health and Recovery. As part of this event we will be having a special medication “take back” station, where you can dispose of unwanted prescription drugs, vitamins, or over-the-counter medications from home (Please note liquids will NOT be accepted).
