Our North Cambridge Senior Center Chi Gong class is led by a certified medical Chi Gong practitioner and teacher.

This one hour class utilizes the principles of the ancient art of Tibetan Chi Gong. You will learn a series of postures and movements that can be performed seated or standing.

The postures include, but are not limited to:

  • Upper body movements for the heart and muscles
  • Movements to help ease stiffness and improve mobility

For Seniors 60+
