Our North Cambridge Senior Center Chi Gong class uses focus and movements to guide energy through out the body.

This one hour class utilizes the principles of the ancient art of Chi Gong. You will learn a series of postures and movements that can be performed seated or standing.

The postures include, but are not limited to:

  • Upper body movements for the heart and muscles
  • Movements to help ease stiffness and improve mobility
