Come join the FREE festivities as The Department of Human Service Program’s Recreation Division celebrates July 4th.
Join us for a morning of fun and games featuring Tug of War, Water Balloon Toss, Prizes and more.
All youth are encouraged to participate in the exciting annual races, as well as, the Bicycle and Doll Carriage Decorating and Parade.
