Cambridge Works, City's Transitional Jobs Program is Recruiting Participants

Apply to Cambridge Works!

Are you a Cambridge resident between the ages of 18-35 who needs work experience in order to secure a full-time job? Cambridge Works may be right for you!

Cambridge Works is a transitional jobs program offered by DHSP’s Office of Workforce Development. It is designed to serve residents who do not have a college degree and, for a variety of reasons, have not been able to get or keep jobs.

The program provides participants with a 3-month paid internship as a means for learning job-readiness skills including punctuality, attendance, responding to supervision, working with coworkers, and more.

Additionally, participants work with a case manager and participate in weekly workshops to develop work skills and address any challenges that may be preventing career success.

The next cycle of Cambridge Works will run from March – June 2021. Click here to apply
