The operator will be summoned to court for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a stop sign violation. The owner of the motor vehicle will be summoned for Permitting unlicensed operation of motor vehicle, subsequent offense.

Cambridge Police were conducting a routine patrol in the area of Sidney Street at Erie Street, which is a public way maintained by the City of Cambridge. Officers observed a motor vehicle in the area and conducted a traffic stop after a CJIS inquiry resulted that the owner/operator currently had a Massachusetts Driver's License status suspended. As a result, The owner was issued a summons under one count of operating after license suspension.

While on routine patrol officers quarried MA plate on CJIS in the area of Fresh Pond PKWY which is a public way. The status of the operator/owner came back as an Expired License. At this time, officers-initiated motor vehicle stop. Due to the status of the operator, the owner is summons for operating with an expired license.

This party was identified as Monique Dunn, 54, of 117 Rindge Avenue from Cambridge who has an active Straight warrant out of Boston District Court for LARCENY UNDER $1200.
