As a result, Edwin Ortiz, 57, 28 Chestnut Avenue in Boston, was placed under arrest and charged with Open and Gross Lewdness. Ortiz intentionally exposed his genitals in public. The victim was visibly upset by the incident.

Dylan Guthrie, 43, 6 Old Colony Lane in Arlington, was placed under arrest after being observed by a convience store clerk placing a drink into his bag and attempting to walk out of the store without paying. When Officers arrived on scene, they did witness Guthrie remove the can from inside of his bag. After initially refusing to identify himself and yelling slurs at the employee, Guthrie was charged with Shoplifting by Concealment.

She then intentionally assaulted the victim by placed her hands on the victim's neck causing a laceration on the left side of the neck.
