A Cambridge resident was summonsed for Defrauding a Restaurant after it was reported that on numerous occasions he and a friend were ordering food from a Porter Square restaurant with a credit card and later reporting that the charges were fraudulent transactions, which were not authorized. This resulted in the restaurant later losing money for the disputed transactions.
