Cambridge Police placed Dominique Rodriguez, 22, 34 Varnum Street in Lowell, under arrest for Larceny from a Building and Trespassing after Notice. Rodriguez was placed under arrest after a witness observed him take possession of a mailed package which did not belong to him and attempt to leave the building with it. Rodriguez also entered this building after a person with lawful control of the building posted a no trespassing sign in the lobby of the building.

A resident of Boston was summonsed for having an uninsured motor vehicle on a public way, failing to stop for a red light, and improper use of an electronic device while operating a vehicle. The operator was initially stopped after an officer observed him fail to stop at a red light. The officer also saw that the driver was looking down at his cell phone as he drove past him. During the stop, it was discovered that the vehicle's registration was revoked for lack of insurance.
