Cambridge Police responded to a motor vehicle crash on Putnam Avenue. One passenger complained of a heart condition and requested medical attention. The passenger was evaluated on scene by Cambridge Fire and Pro EMS, and then transported to a hospital in Boston by an ambulance for further evaluations.
