  • 11-2-21 Cambridge Municipal Election Preliminary Unofficial Results

    The following results are unofficial as of November 2, 2021. Write-in, auxiliary, provisional, and overseas absentee ballots are not included in the results. Write-in and auxiliary ballots will be tabulated beginning on Wednesday, November 3, 2021. Official results cannot be declared until November 12, when provisional ballots and overseas absentee ballots will be counted, as mandated by state law.
  • Municipal Election Tabulation Center Space Limitation

    Please be advised that on Election Day, Tuesday, November 2, 2021 beginning at 9:30 p.m. the Municipal Election tabulation process will be held at the Citywide Senior Center, 806 Massachusetts Avenue. After consultation with the Cambridge Public Health Department, the number of observers, including candidates, will be limited due to space constraints and COVID-19 public health guidance. The Election Commission will limit the number of in-person observers to three (3) persons at a time.
  • Vote In Person on Election Day, November 2

    Voting on Election Day is available from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 for those want to vote at the polls and who have not already voted early in person or by mail.
  • New Accessible Vote By Mail System Available for the November 2, 2021 City of Cambridge Municipal Election

    The City of Cambridge Election Commission recently launched a new accessible vote by mail system to allow voters with certain disabilities to cast their ballots independently and privately. The deadline to request a ballot is 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 27, 2021.

    The City of Cambridge today announced the winning design for the “I Voted Sticker” that will be used during the fall 2021 election season in Cambridge. The winning design by Cambridge Rindge and Latin School sophomore Evan Garvey was selected out of 55 submissions.
