License Commission Proposed Rules and Regulations

The Commission will take written public comment through May 31, 2016 on its proposed changes to the rules.  Such comment can be emailed (License@cambridgema.gov), faxed (617-349-6148) or mailed (831 Massachusetts Avenue, Cambridge, MA 02139).  Please look at the Commission’s Explanation as to Proposed Rules (Proposed Rules Explanation) to get information on the Commission’s reasoning behind the proposed changes.

The Commission will also take public testimony as to the proposed rules in any meeting it hosts during the month of May where public testimony as to other matters is being taken.  The Commission is presently expecting to host one of those meetings on May 16, 2016, at 5:30 p.m. and May 24, 2016 at 5:00 p.m., at the Robert W Healey Building, Community Room, 125 6th Street, Cambridge, MA.
